This is going to be fun.

I’ve always believed that everything in life happens for a reason. Even when we don’t understand the bigger picture—or don’t like how the cards were dealt—we have to trust that things unfold exactly as they’re meant to, and always in their own time.

If you’ve made it this far, you might be thinking, “What is this—some philosophical rambling?” Or more likely: “Who even is Austin?” Fair questions. I’m getting there.

So, let me properly introduce myself...

Hi, I'm Austin.

I’m a carbon-based life form doing my best to navigate this world with intention. I’m a son, a friend, a coworker, a traveler, a lover, a fighter—and once upon a time, a pretty solid baseball player.

I was born in the Midwest, quickly decided cold weather wasn’t for me, and eventually found my way to the South. I landed in Atlanta just in time to watch the Braves win the World Series in 2021.

Strong advocate for tequila, naps, and, above all else, being a damn good human.

Now for the curveball.

Yes—baseball reference. A little corny, I know. But stick with me.

At this stage of my life, I’ve found myself asking bigger questions: What does growth really look like? How do we build something meaningful—careers, relationships, purpose—without losing who we are in the process? How do we keep learning, evolving, and showing up better than we did yesterday?

That’s what this space is about.

This blog is where I’ll share my journey—professionally, personally, and everything in between. The lessons I pick up along the way, the ideas that challenge me, and the moments that shape who I’m becoming.

Some posts may be reflective, some practical, and some just honest thoughts from wherever I happen to be in life at the time. Now for the fine print. You should know: all posts are of my own thoughts and not reflective of my employer or related entities.

Thanks for being the best part of this journey!

If you’re reading this, I’m genuinely glad you’re here. And if I can ever be helpful to you—whether in your career, your goals, or simply navigating life—don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re all figuring it out as we go.

Be You. Be Kind.
